Engineer Ameer Muqam Joins Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz in Peshawar
Peshawar (April 6, 2012) : Pakistan Muslim League-Q Khyber Pakhtunkhwa president Amir Muqam on Friday joined Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz along with several other important ‘Q’ leaders, vowing to play his role for eradication of corruption from the country.
The decision to merge the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PML-Q into the PML-N was taken after a two-month long consultation in workers conventions and its only purpose is to use our abilities and resources for the well-being of the country,”
Mr Muqam told a gathering of senior leaders from both the parties in the presence of PML-N president Mian Nawaz Sharif at a local hotel here.
Flanked by three sitting MPAs of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Rashad Khan, Fazlullah Khan and Sanaullah Miankhel, Mr Muqam also announced names of dozens of former MPAs, MNAs and district level presidents and secretaries of his former party and claimed that 90 per cent of PML-Q men had joined PML-N.
