Score of students have been arrested following clashes with the police who resorted to aerial firing to disperse the students in response stone-pelting.
Earlier, hundreds of protesting students from different colleges, wielding batons in their hands and shouting slogans against the administration gathered outside the board building before they stormed it.
Also on Friday, hundreds of male and female students took to roads in various Punjab cities, protesting mistakes in computerized results of intermediate examinations.

They demanded immediate action against people involved in announcing the faulty results.
Students and parents complain that Punjab government made available the results online sans training board’s concerned personnel, resulting in the blunder.
Failed students were declared successful and vice versa in the online results, adding to the miseries of students already facing problems in receiving exam slips for their relevant examination centers.
