Rawalpindi (Breaking News / Sunday, 17th March, 2013) – Chairmain Pakistan Awami Tehreek Dr. Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri who again returned from Canada has addressed in Rawalpindi after one month silence.

He first time returned from Canada in December 2012 and Addressed a big gathering at Minar-i-Pakistan, Lahore on December 23, 2012.

He took long march from Lahore to Islamabad. And then took sit-in (Dharna) at D-Chowk Islamabad for three days.

Today on March 17, 2013 Dr. Tahirul Qadri announced to boycott the upcoming general election to be expected in May.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Tahir ul Qadri and his whole family is also a Canadian citizen. Dr. Qadri refused to leave his Canadian citizenship after supreme court historical verdict against him in February, 2013.
