The hundred day Countdown of ICC Cricket World Cup has started today in England. The event is hosted at famous monument in London’s Trafalgar Square. Nelson’s Column decorated with big frame of wickets.
Now on ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy will tour England and Wales and will be at over 100 locations and events before arriving back in London ready for the opening match on May 30.
While there were many celebrities attended the event from the world sport, government, culture and entertainment including Minister for Sport Mims Davies, Sir Alastair Cook, James Anderson OBE, Graeme Swann, Nasser Hussain OBE, Isa Guha, Rebecca Adlington OBE and two-time ICC Cricket World Cup winner Clive Lloyd CBE.
The unique celebration of cricket’s 50-over World Cup highlighted the once-in-a-generation chance for cricket fans in England and Wales to see the world’s greatest players in action on home soil this summer.
