Abbotabad is main city of Hazara Region. Its local Lagguage is Hindko. Abbotabad is located at 150 kilometers north of Islamabad and 200 kilometers East of Peshawar. Abbotabad lies on Karakoram Highway and located in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan.

Malika-e-Parbat (Queen of the mountains) at the height of 5,290 meters or 17,356 feet. It is the highest peak in Kaghan Valley (NWFP), Pakistan about six km south of Saiful Mulook Lake near Ansoo Lake.

“Ansoo” and “Sat Sri Mala” lakes were discovered just two years back. You can see few photos of these lakes at some general stors in Naran. One has to go through camping and trekking to reach these destinations.

Siri and paye is 6 Kilimeters away from Shogran. Siri, Paye Lake is situated near Shogran in the Kaghan Valley in Pakistan. It is situated at the height of almost 3,000 m (10,000 feet). It is surrounded by Makra Peak, Malka Parbat, Moosa da Musalla and the mountains of Kashmir.

Shogran is a beautiful village situated on a green plateau in the kaghan Valley, Mansehra, northern Pakistan at a height of 2,362 meters above sea level. The village was affected by the earthquake of 2005 when some building were damaged. It is only 10 km from Kiwai village

Battakundi is six Kilometers from Naran. It is another enjoyable spot and is the turning point for Lalazar, which is connected via jeepable road which a plateau of rare scenic beauty. Lalazar is situated at a distance of 21 km from Naran via Battakundi. It is at an altitude of 3200 meters.

Kaghan valley is naturally equipped with high peak mountains, richly greenish meadows, plateau and thick pine forests. I will definitely prefer you and others to visit this valley and then you will feel that if heaven lies on earth then it truly lies there. Naran is a village located in Kaghan Valley of Mansehra District, North-West Frontier Province, Pakistan. The Kunhar River, swollen by glacier melt, passes through this village as it meanders its way through the valley.

Balakot is famous for its land scape. its beauty, and history, It situated in Mansehra District of NWFP. in Balakot Tehsil many worth seeing places lies, Kaghan Valley is one of them. Naran, Shogran, Siri Paye, Lalazar are fastastic place to visit. A famous battle was fought here between the Sikh Army and Mujahideen in 1831. The Mujahideen leaders, Hazrat Syed Ahmed Shaheed and Hazrat Shah Ismail Shaheed lie buried here along with other martyrs.
