My Warid App – Customer Care Application

Warid Telecome has introduced new smartphone application My Warid App, both for iOS and Android customers. Now you can manage your bundles, services and all account details with a mere swipe of a finger. The app is free of cost. Having app installed on your smartphone, you can alter your packages. Whether it be SMS or internet bundles, all can be done through this app. The app contains three sections in which further options are enlisted nicely. Here are the things we practiced during our hands on experience with the app.

Warid My App

Warid Self-Care App: We have downloaded the app and we can say that it’s very much comprehensive. At first, there is Self-Care option, through which you can have the details of your account, current SMS package, and current data package. Below account info, there is FnF section which let you know about your FnF connections, below this, there is a balance info which keeps updating you with remaining credit and data limit detail. You can also recharge easily your credit through this section if you are having a card.


Warid App For Packages and Services: And here’s the Packages and Services feature which is extremely useful. It shows you all available voice, SMS and Internet bundles in very sophisticated way. Moreover from VAS, you can subscribe to various services like caller tunes, sports alerts, balance transfer, breaking news, jokes and many other portals.


Warid App What’s New: There is another section What’s New which demonstrate the latest add ons and services like missed call alert, My guide etc. And amazingly all the services are being showed up with complete description.
