The Director, it is stated to respectfully that i am a customer of PTCL broadband want to take your attention towards the problem of DSL connection about one month. My INTERNET is not working properly. I have complaints for several times at Azizabad Exchange at Karachi and 1218 but no remedial action had taken. Problem is that the PTCL staff convert my ONE MB pKG into TWO FIFTY SIX KBPS, after every complaint they ask me every time that “we try our best to solve your problem otherwise you will disconnect your connection”. Sir, if the problem will not solve in three days, I will submit an application for disconnection of my phone line as well as DSL connection. I will be obliged of if you take some action in this respect.

My telephone number is 021-35832828. I have EVO 3G connection which is working at a very low level and it is most disappointing. Complain has been lodged but there is no redress. I will have to get service of another Company who can deliver without fail, the maximum broadband requirements.
Further more, EVO 3G charges per month is Rs. 2100 but month in and month out I am billed Rs, 2999 which is out right felony. I expect my next month bill for EVO 3G will be Rs.2100 and you will give me credit for the excess amouint charged in the previous months
