Ufone has announced a new smartphone called U5A which is an updated version of the handset Ufone U5 that was launched back in August 2014. The company has injected some updates in the new device by keeping in mind the rapidly changing trends. The new Ufone U5 A possesses 4 inches WVGA IPS display screen with a resolution of 480×800 and battery power of 1450 mAh, just like its predecessor, however, it has come up with 4 improvements, lets have a look at them in detail:
Operating System: The operating system of Ufone U5 A, instead of Jelly Bean 4.3, has been equipped with Android KitKat 4.4 which itself offers a smooth user experience owing to its faster speed.
Camera: The primary camera of Ufone U5 A is 8 megapixels while the secondary one 2 megapixels for the selfies. The previous version Ufone U5 had 5 megapixels back camera with 0.3 megapixels camera at the front.
RAM: The company has also upgraded the RAM to 1 GB to provide a faster experience to the users. However, U5 had only 512 MB RAM. Though there are no changings in the internal memory as both of the devices possess 4GB ROM with a microSD card slot which can extend memory up to 32 GB.
Design: Ufone has also made some changes in the design part of Ufone U5 A. This new device is said to be slimmer than its predecessor Ufone U5. Moreover, the rear cover placed at the back maintains a sleeker plastic instead of textured one.
Price: With some updates in the design and features, the new Ufone U5 A is available with revised price of Rs. 6,999. The previous version Ufone U5 will still continue with the same price tag of Rs. 5,999, as said by the company.
