Ufone introduced another value added service to help its customer learn and speak English with proficiency. Bolo English is an IVR service can be reached by dialing 6996 from any Ufone number. Bolo English service will be available both for postpaid and prepaid customers.
By dialing short code, you’ll be made to listen to 8-10 minutes long audio based lectures on English language. At the completion of the lectures you’ll be asked few questions in the form of Multiple Choice. They’ll be relevant questions according to the lesson that you have just finished listening to. Once you answer all the questions correctly that are asked, you’ll be assessed to have passed that level and then you’ll be transferred to next level where same exercise of an audio lecture and MCQs will be repeated.
Postpaid customers will have to pay Rs. 20 + tax/month as subscription fee. Prepaid customers will be charged Rs. 5 + tax/week for subscription. IVR on 6996 will be charged at Rs. 0.10 + tax/min.
