On Karakoram Highway, Chilas is a small town located in the Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan on thae bank Indus river. Chilas is also connected through Kaghan Chilas road via Babusar Pass. Silk Road connected by the Karakoram Highway which links it to Islamabad in the south via Dassu, Besham, Mansehra, Abbottabad and Haripur.
