In Pakistan, Kaghan Valley of Mansehra District of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Province Jheel (lake) Saif ul malook has been covered with snow due to heavy snow falling in January 2011. Road from Balakot to Naran is open but from Naran to Lake (Jheel) Saif ul Malook road is closed due to snow. small numbers of people are going to Jheel Saif ul malook on foot.

Please be advised that this is NOT the Picture of Lake Saif-ul-Maluk in Pakistan, but rather lake Moraine situated in the province of Alberta, Canada. It is one of the most beautiful lakes in Canada. I say this with absolute certainty because I have been to Moraine Lake many times and I also have been to Lake Saif ul Maluk and they are both distinctly very different lakes.
So please change the picture in this site to put the correct photo of Lake Saif ul Maluk and delete the photo of Lake Moraine.
