No.F.8(30)/2014-Cord.- Pursuant to the Order dated 16.05.2016 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeal No.321-L of 2014 (Ch. Muhammad Yousaf Kaselia Vs. Peer Ghulam Mohy-ud-Din Chishti, etc)”, and read with the Judgment dated 30.09.2014 passed by the Election Tribunal, Multan in Election Petition No.179/2013 ECP, 1312013 ETM titled ‘Pir Ghulam Mohy-ud-Din Chishti Vs. Ch. Muhammad Yousaf Kaselya and others”, the Election Commission of Pakistan is pleased to de-notify the membership of Chaudhry Muhammad Yousaf Kaselya in the Provincial Assembly of Punjab from Constituency No. PP-232 Vehari-I, with effect from 16.05.2016.
