Lahore High Court Bar Association New Elected President Rana Zia Abdul Rehman of Hamid Khan Group
Lahore (Sunday, February 28, 2016) – Yesterday elections for the Lahore High Court Bar Association held in Lahore and other parts of Punjab province. In Lahore Rana Zia Abdul Rehman of Hamid Khan Group declared winner, While Ramzan Chaudhry of Asma Jahangeer remained loser. First in the history the bio-metric system of polling was installed.
For President Post rana Zia Abdul rehman got 4279 Votes and Ramzan Ch. obtained only 3795 votes.

Sardar Tahir Shahbaz 2065 Votes Winner
Ch. Saleem 1501 Votes Runner Up
Rashid Lodhi 1352 Votes
M.R. Awan 1329 Votes
Mian Waseem 668 Votes
Result of General Secretary Election:-
Anas Ghazi son of Nazir Ghazi remained winner after getting 3212 votes. Wile Sherjeel Kamran obtained 3053 votes and remained runner-up.
Finance Secretary Election:- syed Asad Bukhari elected with 3521 Votes.
In Multan High Court Bar Association Elections Jamat e Islami Affiliated Sh. Jamshaid elected President. In Islamabad High Court Bar Association Election Tariq Jahangeeri elected president.
