Ufone is about to launch its own online shopping portal shortly with the name of Umall which is currently in beta version. This is the first of its kind venture made by a telecom operator to boost e-commerce industry of Pakistan.
Umall is working to fill the loopholes of online shopping by providing more efficient policies as compared to other online shops like Daraz.pk and Kaymu. It offers 7-day return policy as well as replacement of the products and in case the customer does not find the product up to the requirement the money will be returned to customer in his/her Umall account in the form of an electronic voucher.
The customer will be able to use that electronic voucher to shop any other product on Umall.
As soon as you open the website by typing www.umall.pk, an interactive interface opens which offers a wide range of products for seven different categories i.e. Men, Women, Kids, Mobiles and Tablets, Electronics, Home & Living and Sports & Outdoor.
